I took a contract and was promised a phone within 5 - 7 day
the person helping got my banking details wrong so on day 6 they phoned to get the correct details and said that the phone would be sent with a courier i asked if it would reach me the following day he said he would see what he could do
it didn't arrive on Friday so i phoned to check where my phone is and was informed their is no stock and when asking to speak to a supervisor i was cut off i will be going to hello peter and a few other complaint sites this afternoon unless this is sorted out
