Terrible service!

I have logged an online query two weeks ago about my Landline number that was faulty. I have received the following message:
Dear customer

Thank you for using our online fault reporting solution.

Your fault has been logged on the following telephone number 0217021410 and the Reference number is: 317CWZ070613

Please refer to your Fault Reference number in all correspondence with Telkom in this regard.

Alternatively you can track your fault progress online.

This is an automated email, please do not reply to this email.

To dat, I have received no correspondence regarding a time period as to when the Technician will be assessing the fault.

I am disgusted with the empty promises and bad service and I expect my landline problem to be sorted out imeddiately!
