I'm so sick and tired of complaining on Hello Peter about Virgin Mobile. If anyone out there wants to join Virgin Mobile I say no they are worse than useless. I have been fighting with them since June to cancel my contract. My contract has now been cancelled with them but now i have all these account queries. I received an account from them on 21st of September to say i owe them R3689 for a contract i don't have. Virgin I NEVER RECEIVED MY UPGRADE FROM YOU SO WHY THE ARE YOU CHARGING ME FOR SOMETHING I DON'T HAVE AND NEVER WANT FROM YOU!!! Lebohang Dlamini assured me that Virgin will not take the money off my account well guess what they did. Now i don't have enough money in my account for my debit orders to go off. Who is going to pay for the bounced back debit order service fees that the bank is going to send my way?? Definitely not me Virgin i hope you know you are going to pay. I want that money back in my account today otherwise I'm going to take this matter further to the Ombudsman. I'm sick and tired of bad service in South Africa. I have had enough. I owe Virgin R201 but they can whistle Dixie's if they think that I'm going to pay for that
