Please can some one take charge of this for me! I have been to the customer care center in menlyn to sort this out. Got a call from the admin department the next day confirming that the fault was on the system side of things I was told that it will be sorted out. It has been more than 2 weeks now and still nothing. And still you want to debit my wife's account for some thing that is clearly your mistake. Please give me feed back tomorrow the 7th June.
