HOW LONG MUST I WAIT?

On 14 Feb 2013, there was an amount deducted from my account of R599.36.

When i phoned the reference (Vodacom) i found out that someone has opened a account on my name. I have made an Avidavit at the police station, and has done everything that they asked me to do.

It has now been 16 days, and still no response to what happened. And in the meantime im sitting with R600 less in my account. This is rediculous.

I do not have a Vodacom sim card, so everytime i must phone after Vodacom for not getting back to me, it costs me money as i have ported from Vodacom prepaid to MTN .

My Ref # : S3 - 5H21E - E4NLU!

I Would really like to know whats going on, and when this will be sorted out, as no one is willing to give me the number of the department.

I want my money back, as i did not reverse the transaction because Vodacom said that this will affect my credit record.

And i would also like to know if this contract is now on hold?

Or if they will deduct money again this month if they have not sorted it out?

I will then reverse the money.

Please do something about this, as this is not my fault, so why should i suffer because someone from vodacom made a mistake?
