Total incompatince at accounts department

Once again I have the unpleasant fortune of being totally frustrated with VODACOM. This time by their incompetence in their accounts department. When will Vodacom ever get things sorted out. They are just getting worse by the day and nothing seems to be getting sorted out. What is management doing about all these complaints... to me it looks like nothing. We complain and get a stupid phone call from someone that promises you all will be sorted, but still no joy.
Today I felt like I could have fiscally attacked any manager from VODACOM if one of them was in front of me. I have not felt such anger in a long time as I did today due to VODACOM.
My anger started with trying to get details from VODACOM's call centre so I can pay my account. Holy mother, what a mission. After speaking to 5 agents I get what I need, but with a great surprise with it. I get told my account is in arrears and I need to pay my June amount due as-well because they did not receive the money as my debit order did not go off. I new for a fact it did and my statement proves it. They tried to debit my account again this month for June's due amount, but I reversed the order and now my line is off. LOVELY
