BAD SERVICE FROM SECUNDA AND CUSTOMER SERVICE CENT

I AM A CUSTOMER AT EDGARS FOR MANY YEARS, THEN I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM FROM EDGARS INFORMING ME THAT MY ACCOUNT WILL BE CLOSED BECAUSE I DID NOT USE MY ACCOUNT FOR A LONG TIME, NO PROBLEM, IF YOU WANT TO LOOSE A CUSTOMER BECAUSE OF THAT NO PROBLEM,
ON 2702/2013 I WENT IN TO EDGARS SECUNDA TO ASK THEM TO ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT AGAIN, THEY COULD NOT FIND ANY THING REGARDING ME ON THE SYSTEM ALTHOUGH I STILL HAVE MY OLD EDGARS CARD.I OPENED A NEW ACCOUNT, AND THEN MY NAME WERE SPELLED WRONG ON THE SYSTEM, I HAD TO COME BACK AFTER 48HRS TO CORRECT THE FAULT, I WENT BACK ON 01/032013, STILL THE SAME NOBODY COULD CHANGE MY NAME ON THE SYSTEM, WE SPOKE TO SIMPIWE FROM THE CALL CENTRE AND SHE ALSO DID NOT WANT TO HELP US, AND EVEN THE MANAGER FROM SECUNDA COULD NOT HELP ME.MR RIAAN BOTHA THAT WERE IN SECUNDA HELPED ME IN ABOUT 10 MINUTES, HE IS A REGIONAL ADMIN MANAGER, AND NOT EVEN WORKING WITH THIS SORT OF STUFF.HE WAS EXCELLENT AND WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP ME, BUT THE CALL CENTRE ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNTRAINED IN HELPING CUSTOMERS BY DOING THERE OWN JOB THAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DOING!! AND I LOST MY R26.12 WHICH I HAVE IN CREDIT AND HAVE PROOF OF.THIS IS A REAL DISGRACE.THANKS RIAAN.
