I am deeply disgusted at... In November last year I went into Vodacom. And handed in my banking details so that they could debit my account and not that of my old employer... 3 months later and still no debit raised on my side... I have been on the phone querying this and I got told it would be sorted out by the 28.02 nevertheless when I called them 2 query they were offline... I asked the consultant 2 call me back (a service they offer when u get put on hold) she tells me if I am 2 busy u must call us back... That just flipped my lid i am getting messages saying my account is in arrears. Am willing 2 pay I have given my bank details yet I am getting such messages and your call centre people couldn't care less PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ASAP
