Frustated with Vodacom service

I have upgraded my contract in June 2013. I have had endless problems with the service that i have received since then. The story goes like this. My first query occur when my account was debit for 2 months of service. firstly my account was up to date, secondly i just had a new debit order put in place on the request of vodacom via sms. when i called the query, the consulted said my account was in arrears. i then went through the last 3 payments on my account. he could not find them on their records. I then ask to speak to a other consultant whom then told me he sees all 3 payments on his computer. we then proceeded to why the double debit. i was then told that i am paying for 2 months, which included the month that i was in which was only due for the end of that month being June 2013. when asked why i was told that the agent who dealt with my debit order setup did not explain to me the procedure correctly. also query why i am paying for service when it should have been cancelled with the upgrade. the query was then forwarded to the department in charge. so will the extra charges on the account that i had to pay. Nothing was done by the end of June and I paid the account.
