Blackberry speaker faulty, now reboots new battery?

I handed in my Blackberry at Chatz Cellular in Swellendam on the 6 June 2013. The speaker was faulty. A refurbished phone was sent back to me on the 21 June 2013. We switched the phone on and all of a sudden the phone rebooted every 5 minutes. I then bought a new battery and it still did the same thing, rebooting every 5 minutes. I then took the phone to Chatz Swellendam again on Sunday the 23 JUne 2013 and this is when the paw paw hit the fan. I have never heard so many excuses in my life. THe phone was only sent away to Canal walk on round about the 8th of July 2013, the reason I don't know when is because, the staff was incompetent and about networks faulty and system offline etc.. Eventualy the phone got to Canal Walk and we spoke to Tracey. Pietie Promises. According to the tech at Canal Walk the phone needed a software update and a R600 new battery. My problem was the speaker not the battery. Now I had to buy a new battery for a refurbished replacement phone. I got the phone back on the 13th and is now on the 14th going to send the phone again as it it rebooting again. I do not know when I will get my phone back and what will betold to me again!!!
