Their fault and still taking my money

I upgraded and requested 1G. After 2 weeks I received my account, it was about R 500 higher than normally, then realised the 1G was never uploaded. I went into the Menlyn branch 6 June 2013 where the staff said they'll requesr the credit to be loaded. I received a sms yesterday that my account is R 2 600 and will be deducted tomorrow. When I followed up with the Menlyn branch they said they can't help me sort this out as the debit orders have been out through to FNB already on 23 June 2013. My complaint was logged 6 June... What happened between 6 and 23 June?? I didn't budget for this massive account and this is not even my mistake. So frustrated with AUTOPAGE!!!
