MTN gave me wrong contract by accident!!!

I applied for a 3Gig uncapped Lite contract and when discussing with the consultant, I made sure he understood that I want an UNCAPPED contract. When he gave me the paperwork to sign I asked him again and again to be sure that I will be paying ONLY R250 per month (as i already have a USB modem) and that with ONLY R250 my internet will be UNCAPPED. I then also asked him to explain why it is called a 3Gig contract and he said that the first 3 Gig is fast and thereafter it is slower, but UNCAPPED.
When my internet stopped working I phoned MTN and after being transferred to many different people and A LOT of airtime later, they told me that my account has been suspended due to insufficient funds in my account. I went to the store and asked for an explanation of how this can be when I paid the R250, it has been only 10 days. The consultant, Bulelani then admitted that he gave me the 3Gig limit paperwork by accident. So not only DO I NOT HAVE INTERNET, BUT THEY HAVE TAKEN ALL THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT - MORE THAN R1000!!! on the 20th of May Bulelani sent a request for my contract to be migrated and told me it will take FOUR DAYS. it is now 17 DAYS LATER and my contract is still no
