Cell C changes things as they feel

I have recently done a contract upgrade with Mandlenkosi Dlamini, my details have never been changed or have i requesred that they be changed. i was advised due to the early upgrade and the remaining airtime on my phone that my bill for the month of May would be in Credit, my debit date has been the 20th of every month for over 2 years. i now receive 5 sms stating my account is in areas, i will be charged R70 for late payment and the call center consultant states my account is on a cash payment basis, what the is going on, they also randomly increase my bill limit from R250 to R350... who gave them authorisation? I have so much to deal with now i have to micro manage cell c because they dont know what they are doing? how many people are theyd oing this too who dont even check their stuff. i want out of this contract, you can have the phone back.
