I had MTN Uncapped Lite and I went in to MTN to find out when I had to renew my contract because I have never received correspondance at all. I went on the 20th October 2013.
I was told that there is no more Uncapped Lite and that my contract was supposed to be renewed the 19th September already, but I never received anything to tell me it had to be renewed or that there's no more Uncapped internet. I was told that there was no explanation for that and I will have to pay for the extra data usage.
That really made me angry, because why do I have to pay for MTN not informing me. This is an unexpected and unfair expense. I'm livid.
I immediately cancelled my contract and will no longer do any busy with MTN unless I can get the same uncapped contract and that the amount gets sorted out. I do not want the typical generic "sorry for the inconvenience" response from MTN.
This is disgusting.
