I recently took out a contract with MTN. The person who assisted me was wonderful and did his part with helping me. So I went for an uncapped internet deal and up to 8 users can use my internet. So I let people use it... It is uncapped anyway... Yesterday the internet stopped working, this morning it was still not working... So i phoned 808 from my mates phone who is with MTN...
The lady informed me that the internet has been suspended by their dep and she has no information for me as to why. She told me they will have to contact me and she cant activate it. So why would they do this? I had to now go and buy R150 of airtime to use on my prepaid 8ta stick as I can not use my internet and cant work without the connection. The lady could also not tell me when I will be contacted by the dep... So now I am waiting in the dark with no info and no help!!!
