Vodacom Consultant Forced Me To Pay!!!

The consultant submitted the wrong contract after explaining to me what is included in the specific contract!
I asked again to confirm what is included in my contract before paying at the counter and told the consultant that he explained wrong to me and that I want the MY 3GIG OPEN CONTRACT AND NOT THE TOP UP MY 3GIG!!!
He refused to change the contract and told me the contract is already submitted and forced me to pay for my up grade and the MY 3GIG CONTRACT!!!
I called for an week long every day to change it and from the 23 March my contract is still not Changed!!!

I wil have to reverse all payments to vodacom from my bank account due to the fact that I'm paying for an service that I was forced to take by and Vodacom Consultant at Montana Kollenade Vodacom!!!
