I recently applied for the Uncapped Lite package at MTN. I got accepted in 2 days time, but it almost took 2 weeks for the Modem to arrive. When I got the modem I had to wait 3 days for the Sim to be registered at RICA. After that I got to use it for 2 days, until I got disconnected. I called my nearest MTN store, and they told me to contact MTN at 808. So I did. While waiting for more than an hour for someone to pick up, they told me that I have to pay R1700, because I went over my CAP (they said that i got ProRata Data, and i went 3 gig over my Cap). What I don't understand is that I applied for Uncapped, but got a 3Gig Cap. After taking the modem back to my nearest MTN store, and waiting again almost 2 days, they said that I do not have to Pay the R1700. Took the modem home, just to use it again for 1 Night. Being at them, called my nearest store again, just to find out that I have to call 808 again, to get a Credit Limit increase. Don't know why, because for uncapped, you pay R300 a month, and you cant exceed that. Waited for 10min on the phone and the lady told me that I have to give it 30 min, and it will work. It still does not work, and it has been a month
