MTN wrong contract by accident and still not fixed
I purchased an UNCAPPED internet/data package from MTN and they gave me the wrong package by accident. This resulted in me unknowingly exhausting the funds in my bank account as I was ASSURED when signing the contract that it is the UNCAPPED contract. On the 20th of May they admitted their mistake and promised to migrate my package to the correct one and give me credit for they out-of-bundle rates that I should not have paid for. I have since spent more than R500 on petrol and calls trying to follow up on why my package has not been migrated yet. it is now more than 3 weeks later and my complaints to MTN is not being addressed and most of the calls they promised to give me is not being returned. I am EXTREMELY unhappy and still have no idea about the status of the migration.
