Appauling after sales service from 8ta stores

I have purchased a Samsung S3 from Centurion Mall in December 2012. I have sent my phone in already on 3 occasions for the same problem. This has resulted in my phone being in for repairs for a period of approximately 3 months since I have received it. Furthermore I have had to be inconvenienced by the fact that 8ta could not provide me with a loan phone. This has resulted in additional expenses for me as I have had to purchase an economical phone in the interim that my phone was in for repairs. My phone was sent in for repairs in February 2013 and it came back stating that it had been repaired and had replaced a PBA. A short while later in April it was sent in for repairs again for the same problem. In June it had to go in for repairs again with additional problems. Weeks later it came back from repairs. Yet again it needs repairing. I was told by the stores that they will not replace the phone and continue to repair it. I am paying for a phone that spends more time in repairs than using it. I am appauled at the service and would like this matter to be addressed as a matter of urgency. I even sent an email to Centurion stores manager who i informed about the issue months ago
