I called Mtn today 6 June 2013 spoke to a lady by the name of Thuli Dube I wanted to reset my voicemail password. The number is under my sisters name. She just didn't want to help me I had the I.D no also had the account password she declined to help me and again I called earlier and spoke to a gentleman before and he assisted but the password wasn't cleared. I asked her to talk to her supervisor she blatantly declined.
