I've been struggling for almost 3 weeks to reset my password so that I can utilise my account online with absolutely no success whatsoever. In the 21st century there really is no excuse for this exceptionally bad service. I keep saying forgot password, you finally after 2 weeks of request emailed me a reset password email which does exactly NOTHING. It takes me back to the Truworths website, enter account number, ID Number and password. Regardless of how many times I enter a new password the system keeps telling me that the password is wrong. Besides the whole set up is being beyond irritating it is also beyond ridiculous. Sort this out please.
