Struggling to reset Password

I'm a regular internet user and I am struggling to the point where I want to throw my screen through my window. Reset password doesnt work and the pages are completely broken. I try to reset the password through the app using suggested password formats and it still doesnt work. I tried to call the help center for help AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME R50 for help, are they insane! I normally am over the moon with FNB's service but this is unacceptable as I need to transfer money online ASAP.
