I set my alarm off by mistake and when ADT called to find out if I was OK, I told them about the mistake and gave them my password. They never said I gave them the wrong password but apparently I had, because about 10 minutes later a guard showed up to check on the premises. I told him I'd spoken to the Call Centre and he left. I then called the Call Centre to ask why they had dispatched someone and she said I'd given the wrong password. I repeated the Password and she said it was wrong. I asked how I could reset the password and she told me to email it to: [Email Removed] which I did on 8 February 2013.
I received a Ticket number for the query the same day but have yet to hear from a human being despite numerous follow ups to that email address, and we're now three months down the line.
So now, I have no idea what my alarm password is or how to change it!
Appalling service for a security company considering the hefty premium I pay each month.
