NO service delivery

I upgraded my phone on 13 December and there was an out of box fault so returned after long weekend. Because of all holidays took a few weeks for go ahead (not five days) to get back to Vodashop in George. Since then starting with unanswered mail (from Vodashop George to) on 11 January to not returning phone calls, to promising to call but then saying they had the wrong number (??), HOURS wasted standing in queue in Vodacom, to promising an e mail on 1 Feb (Renata) and still not received, to a call yesterday (Tremaine) promising an e mail that we have not received - to three e mails sent directly to Ms Isaacs, last one last night, requesting that she call me first thing this morning - no surprises I have not heard from her. A phone call this morning to speak to General Manager Mr R du Preez, both him and his PA are out (??) and nobody knows when they will be back (Alecia), they cannot give me his cell number and don't have his e mail address??? Pathetic does not describe this!! And between our family we have four Vodacom contracts going back approx 14 years. VODACOM - Any suggestions as to how I resolve this will be welcome?? Thanks
