I have been a customer of vodacom for a long time. I upgraded my data bundle to My gig 2 and in July it went over I phoned in and was told that I needed to send a e mail to cap the data bundle and the limit was R100- over which I agreed on and sent the mail I received a e mail back with a reference number so now I am sorted out. BUT no this December past my data bundle was WAY over in the thousands how can this be if I caped it? I have spoken to many people at Vodacom with no help. Can anyone help me? I have the e mails proving that I caped this data bundle.
