VODACOM EXTREME BAD SERVICE AND NO FEEDBACK

We went overseas and I logged a sms call to receive ONLY SMS and SENDING SMS while overseas. NO PERMISSION was granted to Vodacom either on phone or mail to state that I allow them to 'roam' my phone and to allow them to download data while I was overseas. My phone was on Wi-Fi due to SOS message on my phone with no ability to use my phone. When we return to SA and I was trying to get my phone to 'work' again, I received a voice mail contact your supplier your account was suspended! There the fun STARTED!! They want me to pay nearly R8000 for data downloaded on the background while I did not give them ANY permission! This money will be deducted from my bank account in 5 days according to them. AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS, no feedback was received. With EVERY call I must start to explain again why I need my CONTRACT PHONE - WITH NO SERVICE NOW FOR 3 WEEKS. I am sick of paying for a service and receiving NO service. PLEASE HELP ME TO VOICE HOW BAD THIS SERVICE IS! They own my a big apology for not be able to have any phone for nearly 3 weeks AND I NEED YOUR URGENT HELP PLEASE TO HAVE MY PHONE BACK ON LINE AND NOT PAYING FOR DATA WHICH I DID NOT GIVE ANY PERMISSION FOR THEM TO DO!
