WRONG UPGRADE

I was due for an upgrade. Virgin phoned me to confirm delivery and the model of the new phone, but never mentioned that the 1000 sms's are only available on a higher contract. After several phone calls to the call centre to get the phone, and to upgrade the contract, including the 1000 sms's, the phone arrived. BUT, the WRONG phone on the WRONG contract... NO 1000 sms's!!! After talking to 13 different people at the call centre, and empty promises to phone me back with an answer, the situation is still unresolved. Since the initial negotiations, 6 weeks has already transpired. I am at my wit's end. Can someone please contact me with a solution and the right answers? Is Virgin going UNDER???
