No response on my queries

I was due for an upgrade so phoned the nearest Virgin Mobile and discuss what I need to bring with for the upgrade. They did not know what I should bring and said they will phone me back, after 6 hours I finally got a call back but they phoned me instead of another client and still did not have an answer for me. After work I went to the store and they said they just need my ID. I asked for a specific contract and instead I got another contract, they did not explain to me the contract I was given. Only a month after the upgrade I found out that they did not put me on the contract I requested. I have contacted the call centre a few times and each time the consultant says that they will get someone to phone me back. No one has phoned me yet. Its been 3 months and it has still not been resolved.
