Counterperson unable to complete Port request!!!

Hello,

I took time off from work to go to the MTN Store at the Pavilion Shopping Centre in Durban.

The lady at the counter informed me that I must call the MTN Call Centre on 808 to facilitate my Port request.

I do not have the time during working hours to call and wait in a call queue. I am also not allowed to take personal calls during working hours. Therefore I took time off from work to go in and sort this out. Also I am a working mother and have to cook when I get home so calling in the evening is not an option.

Please someone contact me from MTN via email as I need to finalize the port.
