On Friday 18/01/2013 i opted to port my number 0826323125 to 8ta unlimited.
Everything went smooth with the application loved how they actual check the id Profile
I was told by 19:h00 the port will be complete & like my last one I was ok with that
day 1:at 19:00 or so my old service providers sim card stopped working meaning the port had was a success
After a few tests and call the help desk I found i was not receiving calls but able to make calls and send sms
Day 2 :I got no help at from the call center so i went to the store i opened the contract .. after over an hour or so. I was 1st told it takes 2-3 days for the port, but this was a as this was not my first port to the 8ta network
After another hour or so all I was told is that their no technician working during the weekend and can only be assisted on Monday
8TA AS A NEW NETWORK TO THE MARKET. I KNOW YOUR SPECIALS WILL GET YOU CUSTOMERS ..THE QUESTION IS WHO WILL STAY ON YOUR NETWORK
will be Day 4 : If by 12:00 on Monday 21/01/2013 I am still not receiving calls according to the consumers act I have the right to cancel and will use this act to terminate my contract with you
