MTN & Bright Point - Samsung promotion

My husband is paying for the TV licence therefore it will be on his name... I am the cell 083 5757713 owner of account A0850533 at MTN who went for upgrade on 21/05/2013 & took promotion: (099D) Special R99 CHG 10 MB for the Samsung GT Galaxy Pocket plus Samsung 32" LED TV.

Send proof of address and id of my husband like previously requested as well as my id and our marriage certificate as well as the confirmation letter that Bright Point asked for from my husband to confirm that we live at the same address and that the Samsung TV will therefore be at the same address as where the TV Licence is hold that was send on 30 05 2013 already.

Lerato from Bright Point phoned me on 04 June and said that the proof of address and id of my husband Mattheus Johannes Posthumus is in order and she even asked to confirm the delivery address - that I confirmed will be the same as on the proof of address. Today I had 2 calls from Bright Point again asking to confirm the delivery address again! (?)

Monethi does not give good communication of what they still need.
