I handed my phone (Bold 9900) in for repairs last year August. I recieved a sms quotation which stated its going to cost over R1500-00 to have my phone repaired i declined the quote as i am not prepared to pay that. Once the phone got back to the store i asked Lucinda why was the quote so high, as all i want is for my phone to be able to switch on again, i dso not want the LCD Screen repaired, Lucinda informed me she spoke to someone and it shouldnt cost more then R300-00 i agreed on that amaount, Lucinda sent it back to the repair centre, i recieved another sms quote for - R1300-00 which i declined via sms. I later recieved a sms informing my phone has been repaired and i need to make payment of - R1300-00. I am not prepared to pay that as i declined the quote. I have been paying my subscriptions every month and i dont even have the phone.
