Awful insurance service

My newly replaced Blackberry 9900 mobile phone had been within some weeks after i received it, i reported this to MTN insurance and they claim that i had a foreign SIM card in my 9900 and therefore rejected my claim. I then attempted to contact MTN SP insurance which was futile as i couldn't get through to them... i was on hold for about 30Min at a time as their IVR system disconnected my calls repeatedly. However when i did get through to them i was told that a foreign SIM used in my phone even though i never used any other SIM card in my phone... when i requested for some proof that this was indeed the case i was told that i need a court order. I mean really, your my insurer and I'm expected to run around attaining court orders when I'm paying you to do these things. So I'm seemingly expected to take MTN SP Insurance for their word... when in turn i need police reports and an affidavit to even state my case. This is really the worst insurance experience and service i have ever had!!!
