I lost my phone on the 13th of Feb then claimed on the next day but i havent got a new phone. i spoke to Shanique Jenneker on the 26th and she promised that by the 28th in the morning my claim will be approved byt that didnt happen, i also spoke to Innocentia on the 28th but shes couldnt help too then later on i spoke to Bella who transferred me to her senior Lizanda Cloete then minutes later my claim was approved but i asked what was the problem all along she (Lizanda Cloete) told me that my EMI number was incorrect. Bella later called me to go and fetch a new phone at the nearest MTN then the agent (Mbofi) at MTN said Clint told him that I was not using my cellphone number on the insured phone and that was a pure because she send the the screen shot to prove ive been using the phone and they never called back. So now the claim has been approved but i havent got a new phone because they want me to pay 10% of the phone Im taking and on the contract it says I only have to pay R300 for access fee. So now im in the middle of 24 Hour Mobility and Pinnacle. This is my last time insuring with 24 hour mobility as this is very inconveniencing for me. But they dont forget to debit me.
