Hi,
I sent a query to vodacom via their website and received a response email that asked for some confidential details which I have never and will never give via emails. Why does vodacom send emails requesting confidential details that they should be asking for over the phone? Emails like this can be intercepted by unknown hackers of some sort and therefore the details misused. Are they too lazy to phone the people for the details? This is pathetic. Even the banks don't send emails like this out. This is a great opportunity for some to commit. Seriously, who are they trying to fool? We send the query to you, you pick up the phone and ask for our details, that's how it's suppose to be. I'm sorry, but I will not send you my details via email. If you don't have the decency to phone your customers when they have a query, then you don't deserve having customers.
