No phone calls, only emails

I requested Momentum to contact me on the 16th of October, to this day I have yet to receive a phone call from anybody, I only receive emails. Don't any of the consultants have telephones to use? I have been wanting to increase my RA, but I have to keep responding to emails. First email came, asking me for my policy details! Surely they could pick it up from my details??? Email was sent by: Nomakhosi Lentsoane. I responded to this email. Yesterday, 21/10/2013 I received a response from Tintswalo Hlungwani, asking me how I would like to be assisted!?!?! The request I logged on their website stipulates what I would like to do. How can a company be so disjointed???
Shocking Shocking service and I am totally disgusted by this
