New phone tyaken and replace with bad phone

Hi
i sent my phone in for repairs and i had waited 3 weeks for it when it got returned it was not my phone and i it is not working i went to vodacom they say they can not take my phone because it is a refurbished phone, but you guys gave me the phone.now you gave me a bad phone which i cant use.i do not payevery month for a bad phone which does not work, plus my phone is out and havent been using it who will reimburse me and who will sort out my phone?
i spoke to angelique daniels from vodacom at the campus and she refused to help me her contact details are 0716711653, i sent emails to [Email Removed] apoke to rolien and no help and reply i have the emails
