I have changed my bank details 3 months ago. I have send the new details, but still they used my old account. that account has been closed now and I did not get any response from them to clarify that they have changed my account details. I have called so many times I can't even remember, this cost me money as you hold on forever.
Not sure what to do as they will just again issue garnish orders without care, They are suppose to assist and not make our lives.
I have send emails, no response the response that I did get was that it was send to the relevant department, but still the debit went to the wrong account.
