Tell me tell you one thing. I have not come across a company with worse client relationship management than Sanlam. What a disgrace!
I have send a total of 4 emails and 1 from there website requesting feedback on why I am getting billed extra for my RA.
I have only received 1 response asking for my policy details. I forwarded the policy details on the 19th April and to date have not received a response. It makes one think that if they are this pathetic in responding to a clients query how thorough are they when it come to investing your money?
