I have a call from your call centre asking about my query and as i did not have the details with me i asked if she can phone me back the following day, this has been 3 weeks ago. i have send two emails to Crescenda [Email Removed] but no response.
Please can i have anybody to contact me to clear this up, see the emails i have send as you maintain you do not have my mothers details on record but i proof on a copy of the credit card statement that Homemark took money from my mothers credit card and on budget.
