Not Knowing whats cutting on an account

I went and changed my banking details in January 2013, due to happening, on the previous account, I made a double Payment via EFT, Send emails proof of payment, even the new banking details, the 1st Lady Lesley Said t would be sorted out, I emailed her and asked if all was in order, no RESPONSE from her, after 2 weeks another lady phoned me, same story I said but I made payment all is good and changed my banking details can I email her the proof, and she gave me the same Lesley''s email, wow funny but ya, I send everything through and asked this one on an email please reply confirming receiving the emails, well still waiting, my car needed to go for a service I phoned the lady gave me a no., and checked my account still active no issues, Great I thought. The day of the service I receive a email from Vanessa saying no payment received for Feb 2013, I thought what, I then send all the emails I send to the previous 2, No she is asking me when did I change my banking details, and allot of other rubbish. I honestly thought these guys would be awesome but looks to be a company of empty promises. A 3 ring circus, I even asked a Manager should phone me but NO MANAGER did?
