Every morning, I am almost strangled by the telephone cable that now hangs from my ceiling/wall. Telkom has done a terrible job with running the cables to the Telkom box. It may have looked pretty at first, yet a week later, to my surprise, 60% of the cables now hang all over the place. So I called Telkom and asked that they resolve the matter as it is their fault, they reply that I am required to pay a call out fee, this is ridiculous.
