Good Afternoon, I am pleased with how quickly Telkom responded to my previous complaint. However, I would like to establish when Telkom will repair/replace the cables as asserted by the Telkom gentlemen that visited my residence. Can someone please tell me when these cables will be fixed or replaced as I urgently need to use my telephone line.
