After a Telkom Technician came out and verified that there are Telkom cables running outside my property, they have the nerve to say "Due to high in the area, we will not replace the cables". If this is true, then why is there a huge Telkom cable running outside my property, also if this is true can I take a shovel and chop off the cable without any one being affected by this seeing as there are "no" cables being replaced in my area. Along with that, why are there Telkom exchange boxes on the other side of my property that is still in the same area? My order number is 72050056A and my previous escalation reference is: ARS 217708.
If someone could please be so kind and explain to me why there are Telkom cables and Telkom exchange boxes outside my property and yet due to high cables aren't being replaced? It just does make sense that one property may not get service while every other property gets
