Given my last complaint of Hello Peter regarding the fact that I dispute the amount that was debited from my account for my 3g service, I called Mtn and requested a URL. This was done on the 3rd of January and the call centre agent informed me I would receive it in 6 working days. On Monday the 14th, I called again and could not be given a reason why I still had not received it. I find this kind of service together with the fact that I have been ripped off totally unacceptable and, therefore, I intend to take this matter to the Ombudsman and request that Mtn provide me with the Ombudsman's details so I can properly dispute the charges and lack of service, as it seems as though Mtn clearly does not care.
