This is the 3rd time I am using Hello Peter to complain about 8ta pathetic service,
I have complained various times to 8ta via their call centre, email and eventually to Hello Peter, as per my last complaint which was more than 14 days ago, I have received no help or resolution from 8ta towards the nature of my problem.
Today I contacted the call centre and enquired as to who the ombudsman for 8ta is and for their contact number, the agent I spoke to was DIKELELE MOTHIBE.
She told me she did not have that information, so I asked her to speak to her manager and get the information from him.
The response I got was appalling and extremely putrid customer service, Mr MARTIN CHETTY, the call centre manager, told DIKELELE MOTHIBE to tell me that I must look for the number of the ombudsman myself and it is my responsibility and is not his duty or problem.
I find that response extremely unprofessional and disappointing from a manager of a service industry,
Can someone please provide me with the contact details for the ombudsman for 8ta.
