NO FEEDBACK ON DISPUTE

I did a online purchase on 27/02/13 at 16:00. I got an SMS notifying me of the transaction, but the amount was wrong. I went to FNB Pta-North the same day at 16:55 and filed a dispute. F said she would keep me informed. Because the company is abroad, the amount was released from my account on 02/03/13. I went back to FNB and F told me the disputes department are closed over weekends, she would call them Monday morning and let me know. F never called. I tried calling F on Tuesday and Wednesday, she was not available so I left messages for her to call me. On Friday I called again and finally got hold of her. She said she was busy with a client, she will call me back. She never did. The following week Wednesday I called again and left another message for F to call me, but she didn't. The week after on Monday I called again and the receptionist said F was out, would I like to leave a message. I didn't. I went to FNB on 23/03/13 and enquired about the matter. I was told by another consultant they received no feedback regarding my dispute. I told her I don't receive any feedback from F, and she said she will speak to F and get her to call me. I still haven't received any call from F
