I refer to previous correspondence below and must once again draw your attention to the fact that I have not even had the courtesy of a reply to my emails to you dated 14 April 2013 & 4 May 2013.

I have repeatedly advised you that the amount reflected as due on my account is the subject of a dispute with a dubious vendor.

Your lack of response has now caused my account to go into arrears and now you have the audacity to debit my account with charges in connection with a Collection Fee Letter and Tracing Cost Recovery, both of which I refuse to pay and will rather see you in court. You are required to reverse these charges with immediate effect.

I have also requested the contact details of the Banking Ombudsman, to which request you have not responded.

You are urged to respond to this mail by return, failing which I shall have no alternative but to close sever all my ties with your bank and close all Nedbank Group Accounts.
