Terrible Customer Service & incorrect charges

I requested international roaming in December, for sms and phone calls only. I told the gentleman at Cell C that I did not want internet as he said it would be very expensive. I have now received my account this month only to find that I have been charged R1700 for December. I queried this on Wednesday and I was told that they would investigate this and get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. It has no gone past the 48hour mark and there has still been no response. Not only did they charge me for something i did not want but they did it from the 1st of December when I specified that i only wanted it activated from the 27th December to 7th January. I am due to renew my contract with Cell C in a month and so far this will not happen and I will be going to Vodacom or MTN! I am expecting a refun of all internet services that I have been charged for in December! the worst thing is that I have a blackberry with BIS and I still get charged! shocking service!
