Who do you get joy from when the Ombudsman fails?

In short... long dispute with MTN (Paul Rozicki assisted) which led me to escalate to the Ombudsman... it's like the dumb-and-dumber show there... literally months later and I'm STILL awaiting a decision... in essence we are talking about R10, 000 in dispute...
